Customizing Schedule settings

Open Schedule settings tab in App Setup:

– Product sync settings

Tip: This section is hidden if “Salesforce → sevDesk” product sync direction is selected.

This section is responsible for mass Product inbound sync. It starts by schedule and can also be started manually by clicking “Run sync“button.
Sync Frequency has 3 options:

  • Daily (When it is selected, user has to choose time when sync starts during the day) 
  • Hourly
  • Disabled

Above the “Run sync” button, you can see the last successful sync time.

– Invoice sync settings

This section is responsible for Invoice Lines inbound sync. It starts by schedule and can also be started manually by clicking the “Run sync” button.
Sync Frequency has 3 options:

  • Daily (When it is selected, user has to choose time when sync starts during the day) 
  • Hourly
  • Disabled

Above the “Run sync” button, you can see the last successful sync time.

– Invoice/Credit Note Payment Status sync settings

This section is responsible for Invoices/Credit Notes Payment Status inbound sync. It starts by schedule and can also be started manually by clicking “Run sync“button.
Sync Frequency has 3 options:

  • Daily (When it is selected, user has to choose time when sync starts during the day) 
  • Hourly
  • Disabled

Above the “Run sync” button, you can see the last successful sync time.
After the synchronization, Payment Status field (Order object) will be filled with an appropriate value.

Select your preferred way of inbound sync and click save.
