Adjusting Company Information

Company information that appears on financial documents can be configured using the Legal Entities object, which comes pre-populated with data from the Salesforce organization.

Step-by-step guide to adjusting company information #

  1. Open the Legal Entities tab:
    • In the Salesforce environment, navigate to the Legal Entities tab.
  2. Open the Legal Entity record:
    • Click on the Legal Entity record that was created by default.
  1. Edit the record and fill in the fields to be shown on financial documents:
    • Enter the relevant company information into the fields that should appear on financial documents (e.g. company name, address, VAT ID, etc.).
  1. Save changes:
    • All entered information will appear in the header and footer of financial documents.
    • When generating a document, the updated information will already be visible. At first, it will look like this:
