With this feature, multiple Legal Entities could be created and used in the Salesforce organization. This allows to generate documents for different companies with separate details, templates, and number sequences.
Step-by-Step Guide to Enable Multiple Legal Entities #
- Open Finblick Settings:
- In Salesforce, go to the Finblick App and open Finblick Setup.
- Navigate to Application Settings:
- In the settings menu, go to Application Settings.
- Important Notes for Activation:
- Once this feature is enabled, more than one Legal Entity record could be created.
- Enable Multiple Legal Entities:
- Locate the option to enable multiple Legal Entities and activate this feature.
- Create Additional Legal Entities:
- After enabling multiple Legal Entities, additional Legal Entities could be created to generate documents under different company entities.
